Every Wyoming LLC files an annual report and pays a license tax by the first day of the month it was formed in: $60 for most, more if the LLC has over $300,000 of assets in Wyoming. You can file up to 120 days early, and it takes minutes online.

Not formed yet? The guide to starting an LLC in Wyoming covers every step before this one. To see what this filing adds to the cost of running the LLC over five years, with every other state fee, use the LLC cost calculator.
Step by step
Go to Annual Report Wizard (WyoBiz). No account. You look up the business and use its Secretary of State Filing ID (format 2000-000123456).
License tax is $60 or two-tenths of one mill on the dollar ($0.0002) of the LLC's assets located and employed in Wyoming, whichever is greater. LLCs with $300,000 or less in Wyoming assets pay $60; e.g. $1,210,000 of Wyoming assets = $242. Online: Visa or Mastercard credit or debit only, plus a payment card processing fee of 2.4% (minimum $1). Online filing is not allowed if the fee is over $500.
On the wizard's 'Confirmation' step you can print the completed report instead of paying online, then sign it and mail it with the fee to the Wyoming Secretary of State, Herschler Building East, 122 W 25th St, Suite 101, Cheyenne, WY 82002-0020. No processing fee by mail.
Online filing adds a 2.4% processing fee (at least $1). Printing the report from the wizard and mailing it costs nothing extra.
Official sourceThe grace period is short and final: dissolved 60 days after the due date, and reinstatement is impossible after two years.
Official sourceThe $60 is a minimum, not a flat fee. LLCs with more than $300,000 of Wyoming assets pay $0.0002 per dollar, and fees over $500 cannot be paid online.

$60, or $0.0002 times your Wyoming assets if that is more. Filing online adds a 2.4% card fee (minimum $1).
The LLC is delinquent from the second day of the following month and is dissolved if the report is not filed within 60 days of the due date. Reinstatement costs $100 plus the taxes owed, and must happen within two years.
