This policy explains how Zoobu Limited (“Brandaisy”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through brandaisy.com. Zoobu Limited is the data controller for that information.

• Security. We use Cloudflare to deliver this site and block abusive traffic, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from a person. These services process your IP address and browser information.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss any work that follows.
• To keep the site and our forms secure.
• To understand how the site is used, if you have agreed to analytics cookies.

We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, and only as far as they need it. They include our website host, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), SendLayer (delivery of form emails) and Google (analytics, only with your consent). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. When they do, we rely on the safeguards recognized under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another organization. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. There is no charge for this. Contact us through our contact page and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
